People do many different things to stay healthy. What do you do for good health? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
People do many different things to stay healthy . So am I. I would like doing sports to stay healthy.
I have a good example to statement .
When I was teenage, I often have a cough. I am very anxiety about my healthy. When I have a cough, I must stop my class and stay at home for a rest.So my grades become bad. My teacher suggets me that I must to do something to stay healthy. She think that do sport can keep healthy. I followed her oppionion.
From that time , I get up earlier than before. I spent 30 minites on running. At the begining , It is very difficult to get up . I often encourage myself that I can do it .So I insist running in every morning. The air is very fresh in the morning, I constantly exhale and breath when I run, So my nose and lung become more stronger . Like some people say that nose is the window of the lung. It is truth. It is really reduced the times of having a cough. My body becomes more stronger . I can also eat more. It is scarcely that I have a rest at home .My grades improved very quick . So my parent are very happy to my change. I also acquired the benefit from do sports.
Now I have two babies , I will keep doing sports with them . I think it is a good way to stay healthy.
